These images were taken during the summer solstice in New Mexico during the Monsoon season. The dramatic skies with voluminous clouds and the reflections give the images their strength as the beautiful sky scapes are endemic to New Mexico where I lived for most of my adult life, and I haven’t seen the same skies in any other part of the desert.
